I put the difficulty of the interview as "Very difficult", not because of the technique, but because of how poorly it was done and especially because of the person's lousy English. I want to make it clear; that this is constructive criticism of the company and its hiring process, not just of the person who gave me the "technical test." Another thing is that the "technical test" was just random questions about technical knowledge of Data Science (). The questions to ask are; 1. Was it really a technical test or to see if you have a good memory? 2. "The questions were intended to demonstrate your problem-solving skills." 3. "These questions are used to see how you could help the company in its growth" The short answer is no! That is why I invite the company to improve its hiring process, especially the "technical test", which has nothing to do with a technical test.
