I was a fresher and I applied for off campus placement. I cleared the aptitude test and was called for the technical interview after a week. Technical interview was easy he asked mostly about osi model, public key and private key. I was asked to leave then, after few days I received another email for MR interview. The interview went good, the interviewer wrote "for HR" on my application form(next round was HR interview) and told me to leave as they would notify me about further process using email. Salary, job location everything was discussed. After 1 week it came as a shocker when I received the email that I couldnt clear the selection process. Maybe they take only people who have "approach" inside.
