I was not aware that company like TCS have hired HR which works like vegetable sellers. Once you clear all rounds , TCS HR’s (vegetable sellers) come to you and will ask you to negotiate on salary and will fight with you and ask you to join on the CTC they are offering which is merely 20 percent hike on current CTC .They are not even giving salary as per market standards.
