I am from non It background,So I did not have much programming knowledge.
The interview process consisted 4 rounds:
Round 1: Basic aptitude test
Round 2:Essay Writing based on a picture
Round 3:Technical HR round
Round 4:General HR round

It was neutral, experienced the interview it was of three stages aptitude,group discussion and finally HR interview. Overall experience is good. Freshers can give attend the interview to start the career .

Interview
They took very long time to process but good panels were available. There was 2 Technical rounds, 1 manager round and 1 Hr round. All were conducted with great ease but took too long to get an offer.
