Online Aptitude Test -> Group Discussion (Case Based) -> Psychometric Test -> PI(HR &Situation based)
The aptitude is reasonable easy.But about 30-40% candidates are eliminated here. The results are declared immediately.
Next is a case based gd.which is slightly difficult. Candidates who do not talk or talk excessively are eliminated automatically

The second round is more technical on you past skills and projects
3rd more behavioral questions about you and how you work
For The business analyst role they conduct the following rounds: Resume screening, Aptitude and technical assessment, technical interview, managerial round, HR interview they short list the candidates by checking communication skills, analytical skills, technical skills etc

Intermediate questions were asked regarding domain topic. I joined as experience person so it's only one process. Smooth process of entering the company. Arcgis question geological files and other topic were covered in interview
