I arrived at the company's office 15 minutes before the scheduled time, feeling nervous but confident. I had prepared well for the interview and researched the company's background and values. I checked in with the receptionist and waited in the lobby for someone to come and get me. After 10 minutes of waiting, a man in a suit walked in and called my name. He introduced himself as the hiring manager and apologized for being late. He said he had a busy morning and asked me to follow him to the conference room. I grabbed my portfolio and followed him. As we walked, he asked me some casual questions about myself and my background. I tried to answer politely and concisely, but he seemed distracted and bored. He kept checking his phone and looking around. He didn't make eye contact or smile. We reached the conference room and he opened the door. To my surprise, there were four other people sitting around a table, waiting for us. He didn't introduce me to them or explain who they were. He just
