It was reasonably easy, had to go through a 60 question standardized test and two rounds of interviews. Interviewers were patient. It was a campus recruiting event and hundreds of students applied . They picked about 5 people that day.

For The business analyst role they conduct the following rounds: Resume screening, Aptitude and technical assessment, technical interview, managerial round, HR interview they short list the candidates by checking communication skills, analytical skills, technical skills etc
