I recently appeared for the Tech Mahindra interview process, which was structured and well-organized. It began with an online assessment comprising aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming questions. After clearing this round, I was invited for a technical interview where I was asked about core concepts like OOPs, DBMS, and data structures, along with a discussion of my projects, particularly a real-time sign language recognition system using machine learning. The final HR round focused on my career goals, strengths, and reasons for choosing Tech Mahindra. Overall, the interviewers were professional and supportive, creating a comfortable environment to express my thoughts and showcase my skills.
