Interview process is simple, IF the job is real. I got interviewed for a job that was not even listed on the company website. The interviewer wasn't sure what position I was being interviewed for and this was for a onsite, this tells alot about how organized the company is. The interviewer made me feel very insulted. It was supposed to be a 30minutes long interview which lasted for about 11 minutes, these 11minutes includes the time that the interviewer walked out for a couple of minutes and resumed the interview. The interviewer made me feel insulted by asking me irrelevant questions (which he should have no business knowing), as to asking how I came to US and when I came to US. The interviewer asked me same question three times even after I answered the question. 1. What were you doing in your previous role? 2. What YOU were doing in your previous role? 3. What were YOU doing in your previous role? Then he giggled and said I dont have anything more from my end. These tells how respectful and diverse (NOT) this company is, if they come back with another interview request, I will gladly decline it with the reasoning, Remember nothing is more important then the dignity.
