Tesco Ccustomer Service Assistant interview questions

When applying on the website, there are a few scenario based questions to answer. For the interview, competency based questions are asked, requiring examples of how you have demonstrated certain behaviours.

I applied directly to their website and was asked to attend a group interview. The group interview went very well so the hiring manager asked me to have a 1:1 interview the same day and hired me immediately. Very smooth process. I soon began the onboarding and training and started the role not longer after.
