Tesco Checkout Assistant interview questions

Group interview, with 3 others and 2 Tesco managers, asked around 3 questions each and had to build a spaghetti and marshmallow tower and then copies of passport and NI number were taken

Completed application form online, including situational questionnaire. Was rang 1 week later to arrange a group interview in store. It was extremely laid back. The interview included; -a store walk -bag packing to assess customer service skills -tidying shelves for 10 minutes -a group activity, building a tower -a one-to-one interview
