I applied online. Once you pass the test you will be asked to attend for a group interview with someone from HR and the department manager where you will work.

Really chilled and laid back interview process. Interviewer very welcoming. Was a group interview with about 4 others, filled out some paperwork before asked general questions that anyone could answer and then had a go out on the shop floor. The shop floor stage was mainly tidying as well as breaking down cardboard boxes as well as interacting with customers.
