Interview
It was about a group of 12 people, 2 people were interviewed at a time. Normal interview questions but you need to give examples to back up you answer. The interview was a general one so for any store with vacancy, even tho l applied for a specific store. Few days later l got a call to attend an interview for another store, l never knew the outcome of the first interview.

Interview
Applied online, then I received a call about 5 days later calling me for an interview. The interview itself was quite difficult I found even though I did prepare, but at the same time the manager interviewing me was quite nice. The ask you questions and then they score you on your answers (They write down the scores). 3 or 4 days after interview I received a call saying I was successful with my application.

Interview
I applied online, all the process is really slow. after the application, you have to answer an online assessment, Ive got an email a couple of weeks later saying my application was being processed, i really though they would never call me, they did after a month! it was a face to face interview, the manager kept writing down my answers, the manager was friendly and the interview went well, easy questions and the manager didn't caught me off guard with the question because i studied a lot. Ive been told I would get an answer in 4 weeks. I didn't get any answer, not even an email, or call just to give me some feedback! its ridiculous, not very professional, it seems they do this a lot. shame on Tesco!
