Tesco Customer Assistant interview questions

It was only one round and it was with the manager for the specific store I was applying for and just asked me rigorous questions on how I would approach clients, work on the shop floor and provide assistance to other staff when needed.

It was very relaxed, it was a group interview so I felt more at ease that I would have if it had been an individual interview. The managers that interviewed me were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We had to do a group exercise in which we worked in teams to create a tower made of paper and I felt very pressured as I was in a group with two very quiet people so had to do most of the work. I didn't want to come across as bossy though so felt very pressured because of this.
