The interview process at Tesco was straightforward and well-organized. It involved an initial online application, followed by an in-person interview where I was asked competency-based questions. The interviewer was friendly, and the process felt comfortable.

Easy enough just regular questions on experience and why you want job. Also asked about driving or public transport to ensure I’d be attending and be safe getting to and from.
