4 questions , very vague and directed at customer service experience. How well you work in a team, experiences helping people and times where you performed whilst being under pressure.
Straight forward and standard for a retail job, met the hiring manager who asked me a list of competency based questions, when I’d be able to start and so on.
Relaxed environment
typical questions like how would you handle a stressful situation, why do you want to join, what makes you the ideal candidate for the role
At the end of the interview I was offered the role and hours were discussed
