Tesco Customer Assistant interview questions

The first stage was an online test with multiple choice scenario based questions which is quite difficult. If you completed the online test successfully you were invited in for an interview one on one with a store manager. This was an easier interview.

Friendly and well-organised interview. Questions were clear and focused on teamwork and customer service. Interviewers were welcoming and made the experience comfortable and professional. None of the questions were difficult to answer.
