Very informal, the lady was only concerned with filling in her forms, she skipped past most of them, and then when she got to one asking an actual interview question she shortened my answers into one or two sentences. It felt like she was filling in the forms to pass on to the actual decision maker. Took about 15-20 mins in all. Was told I wll find out if successful or not in a few days

Initial interview with line manager in store, takes around 40 mins. Successfully proceeded to driving assessment at a different store on a different day. Assessment at a second location with a staff member in company van.

15 minute rushed face to face interview, interviewer mentioned she was moving department at least three times, followed by driving assessment, no feedback given whatsoever, just felt generally unpleasant and rushed, rejection was just an email saying I’d been unsuccessful, again no feedback given or offered.
