Tesco Customer Service interview questions

Interview was more intense than applying for an engineering role, jokes. Got the job as customer service after all that interview drama. They feed you all this customer service excellence but once you start you realise is like in all retail jobs. They even took me to the counters to see how you interact with customers, later on I found out I was the only one who went through that during interview.

interview process was actually pretty chill, I got my slot over the phone, when I got there I was taken to a random room in admin and I had a nice chat with my interviewr, she was very nice and friendly, and eventually we got to the performance based questions. asked me about customer care and problem solving, stress levels etc. not too bad, she was nice
