Tesco Customer Service Representative interview questions

Simple, group interview which is always a bit strange. Wasn't an enjoyable process and felt quite competitive at times. There was at least 20 people there for 1 position and it felt uncomfortable.

Easy interview process, with an online application form and then in person interview focused on scenario based questions around the customer and various situation. There were two interviewers throughout the process, and made me feel very at ease.
