Tesco Finance Graduate Scheme interview questions

Very horrible experience, AI marks the interview. No feedback, no people verifying the mark just an automatic rejection. Worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend at all. When I emailed back and asked if a person could please watch my interview I was dismissed.

The whole interview process was pretty straight-forward, you started off with getting a pack in advance that you have to study for a group interview so that they can see how you are in a team setting. Then there is a Q&A for employees where candidates can ask any questions that they may have. Finally, it is topped off with a 1-on-1 interview with a manager who also gives you a case study to do as well as tests your competency skills and motivations.
