Applied for Tesco express in Cardiff, Wales September 2017 Was a group interview with 4 people including myself. Had to fill out forms about health and safety, availability etc. Then had a team building exercise - had to build a 6ft tower only using paper and tape then had 1 to 1 interviews after.
