Interview
This was a group interview of 10 people. We had two tasks, one to build a tower and one to design a presentation on the meaning of customer service. I found the process friends and relaxed but was aware that Tescos employees are observing your skills etc

The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Tell me about a time when you have had to act in a flexible way to avoid an issue?
Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.

One interview in person, layout was clear and well structured, I was invited to the store for the interview and it was a good experience and they discussed the role in depth
