I applied and about 4 weeks later I got a message giving me an interview date. On the day I went to customer services and explained that I had an interview and they went and contacted the people at the mobile store and someone came over and took me to one of the rooms in the back where we did the interview. It was a 1:1 process and the questions were fine. She did skip some questions, because they apparently weren't relevant to me; I assume this is because I hadn't worked in retail before.

Very welcoming and friendly. Easy to get along with as I spoke with the manager. Overall, just a nice place to be in and staff there are very helpful. Interview was slightly difficult.

Role play Scenario which was probably the ‘hardest’ part, you have to sell a phone to the interviewer as well as insurance but base it on a information sheet which is given to you before the interview for preparation.
