Was a group interview asked about yourself an 4 questions took it In turns to answer an had a chance to ask ant questions you might have it was with 2 managers I'm yet to find out if iv got the job shoukd find out by the end of the week

Interview
Incredibly respectful, open, transparent, direct, and challenging too. Manager was polite, on time and prepared for the interview. It happened during a difficult time (amid lockdown) and all my questions and concerns were answered and accommodated. I received an offer on the same day, so it is currently ranking as my top interview of all time.

I was asked how I responded (in past work environments) to stressful, challenging situations.
A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.

face to face, and in the store where the manager was very kind and respectful towards me and i had a fantastic experience speaking with her about my experience and knowledge about the job
