The interview process for Tesco was quick and well organised. The staff in charge of the interview were friendly and welcoming, providing a detailed job description and run through of the daily life working in Tesco.

Do you have any experience working with people, how would you manage a difficult customer?
Very simple easy and feels a like chat normally has two people in the room with you asks the basic questions! And then shows you around the work place, interview lasts about 30 minutes
Applied online and completed scenario based activity (what should you do in this situation etc) and then received phone call to book an interview in store with the manager in the following days

Interview
Easy location to find, good transport links, friendly staff, confirm identity, answer 4 questions, chat about the role and contract length as temp colleague and same values. Positive, listened, opened up about herself and felt at ease.
