It was a full morning interview, starting with a 1:1 interview where the manager asked me questions about myself, and then job-based competency questions and about my customer service experience. We then did a group task and had to pack bags on the till.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
