I was contacted over the phone to organise an interview. There was one in-person interview at the store where standard questions were asked. Further introduction to how the store is separated into departments as well as what was expected during the job was given. I was informed that I would find out soon via a phone call if the application was a success. They let me know within 48h.

Interview
Applied online via a Google search, relatively simple and generic online form. Followed by an in person interview that lasted around 15 minutes with questions focusing on individual nature and separate scenarios for the workplace such as customer queries.
Online assessment which was tough to pass, considering the role itself would be easy. Often the answers felt open to interpretation. Many of the situations could be handled differently to the choices given.
