The interview process was remarkably smooth and unintimidating, featuring a well-structured format with clear, relevant questions and interviewers who created a welcoming and supportive environment, allowing me to express my experiences and qualifications with confidence and ease.

First, the recruiter called me by phone and presented the position. We set the date for the second interview, which was with the manager. The interview lasted 30 minutes, and I received the typical questions. Shortly after, I received the invitation to the third phase, which was a demo presentation on a chosen topic. Five people participated in the presentation. I presented my topic, and I think I did well. The manager promised that I would receive a response within a week. More than two weeks passed before I received a generic email saying that I had not been selected for the position. I was surprised that after reaching the final phase, they didn't even bother to call me. The truth is, it is very unprofessional.
