Tesco interview questions

The interview process was straightforward and customer-service focused, designed to evaluate interpersonal skills and suitability for a retail environment. The in-person interview took place at the store. It was a one-on-one meeting with the store manager and lasted about 30 minutes. After the interview, I received feedback within a few days. I was offered the position and given details about onboarding and training.

Simple, basic, nothing out of the ordinary. Asked about retail experience and I said yes I do have some. And then I got the job because they were short staffed for the holidays.
