Tesco’s interview process usually includes an online application, assessment or situational questions, followed by a face-to-face or virtual interview focusing on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Easy process sometimes also get group interviews which are actually better in my opinion as it’s more relaxed

Sat down with the shop manager to discuss the role in his office at the back. Had a short discussion about the requirements and conditions of the job. There was no practical element to the interview and the server was very loud.
