Question 1
Describe a time when you overcome an uncomfortable situation with success
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tesco (Bengaluru) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process is extremely slow and poorly managed. It often takes weeks or even months with little to no clear communication from the recruiters, requiring constant follow-ups from candidates. I would not recommend applying here, as it feels like a significant waste of time and effort.
Additionally, the quality of the interview questions is not up to the mark. Some panelists seem more focused on comparing their own knowledge with the candidate’s rather than conducting a fair evaluation. Overall, it was a disappointing and demotivating experience.
