Tesco interview questions

I received a call two days before that I had been scheduled for an interview. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes and I was asked basic STAR-type questions about previous scenarios that I had come across in my working life.

Was really laid back and relaxed. I applied online and then had a call for an interview. The interview was a group interview which involved six of us. The first task was to build a tower out of paper as a group. They are looking for teamwork and communication etc. Make sure you speak up! The second part was three questions that was asked to the group, but every individual had to say something. E.g. Tell me about a time when you've gone over your call of duty? After that, there was a store walk which involved 20 minutes of work from yourself on a certain department, e.g. Putting stock out. Afterwards there was a one to one interview which was informal and just a chat. Talking about your flexibility, why you want the job, your experience.
