Tesco interview questions

Applied online, Questionnaire, Got back to me a couple weeks later, Arranged interview, Interviewed at the store with the duty manager: asked me for a drink, ask me to fill out a form on details and declaration, then moved and proceeded into the interview room. Asked me questions and then asked my availability.

CV and a series of questions that are mostly competency based, i.e. name a time when you worked in a team / someone questioned what you did. There was then a series of numerical and verbal reasoning questions. Situational judgement questions based on what you would do whilst working at Tesco -e.g. if a member of your team wasn't pulling their weight
