I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tesco (Leeds, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied online, the application process took around 50 minutes. I had to answer scenario questions and answer them to the best of my ability. After completed I had to wait 4 days for an email to tell me whether I had passed the online assessment. I had indeed passed and was invited to an interview 2 days later. I met the manager of the potential store I could work in, he was very pleasant and put me at ease with his relaxed questioning. Make sure you prepare for common questions such as about the companies history etc.
