I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (West Drayton, London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was not as extensive as some of the other places I have applied at. I asked about my previous experience and we walked through my CV. A few competency questions were asked. They were mostly worried if I will be able to do the hours they required.

Me and 4 others met and waiting in the Staff room/Respite where we were offered a range of drinks and snaks. We had a chat among ourselves, then we're called into a room, where we had a group interview, and 2 or 3 questions were asked, and we answered one by one. We then had a 1:1 interview, which seemed more of a friendly chat towards the end. Very welcoming.
