I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tesco (Greystones) in Dec 2016
Interview
Very casual atmosphere, very friendly manager and easy enough questions as I had looked on this website first so was prepared for them. Took two hours as it was a group interview of four people. Involved sitting down and getting job description as part of group, then split into twos. One pair went off and did a trial of stocking shelves, the other pair got interviewed individually and then swapped. Then we all got back together, manager talked to us again as a group then took us individually again to let us know if we had the job or not.

Interview
Team building exercise with 3 other candidates. Followed by an interview in front of 2 store managers and the area manager. After the team exercise (we had to build a tower out sheets of paper and elastic tape) my nerves were calm so I felt more at ease during the final stage.
