Tesco interview questions

- Given generic range of competency based questions... Name a time when you have went above and beyond to help customer, a time when you were waste conscious etc. - Group task involving two teams requiring applicants to make a tower out of straws and have it to stand for as long as possible.

The interview started with filling in paperwork and showing documents. I was then asked 5 question, after that I was taken to the shop floor so they could see how I was with customers. It was a really nice interview and the manager was lovely. After the interview I was told I would find out in 7 days. It's only day three so. Still waiting.
