Applied online, the job close on the 24th May. Got a phone call to arrange an interview on the 5th June & had an interview on the 7th. The interview was good & very relaxed. The lady who interviewed me was really nice. If you get an interview there isn't much to worry about, it is very easy.

Had to apply online, answer the usual stuff and then read some scenarios and what you would do in them. Got told at the interview that anyone who passes that part automatically gets an interview.
Went along, chatted with a manager who asked about school and previous work and why I wanted the job. Then I had to go down on the shop floor and observe someone on a till and try it out.
Did not hear back for about 2 weeks but when I did, they offered me the job. You then go along to 2 induction days and have 13 weeks training in your chosen area.

1. Phone Based Competency Interview, which lasted around 30 mins
2. Assessment Day, which included:
Numerical and verbal psychometric tests, group tasks, three interviews (with two interviewers) which were competency based questions, presentation and case study
I was notified within the week of the role that was being offered.
