There are 2 rounds of interviews with the Commercial Director and 2 Director of Sales. 1st round of interview they asked basic questions about background, skills and experience. 2nd round of interview is presentation on 3 years sales plan with Q&A If they are happy, you will hire on the spot where you will start the nego. It tooks 2 -3 months background check
