Tesco interview questions

Interview with the manager concerning my past experiences in retail and how competent I was to do the job. Very informal in the sense no notes were taken. It is more like a judgement on how well you would fit into the team and if you have had similar retail experience. No piercing questions were asked, was very simple.

Mostly a personality based interview to confirm you are competent and motivated to do the work as technical skill isn't a huge priority. So a number of questions relating to personal situations you have faced to test common sense and your diligence to be able to do a good job.
