Signed in at reception, sat in the canteen, was given forms to fill out with background info bank details NI number hours available to work and health questionnaire they took id and things to scan and send off for right to work then a manager came and took me to the interview room checked all the forms and asked a few questions starting with a casual chat all about me a few experiences and why i wanted to work for tesco

When I applied it was a simple interview with work sample but things have changed it is now a group interview I think to see who will.speak up etc. I found it ok and not too intimidating as it can sometimes be. Felt quite as ease and was able to be myself.
