Was contacted via phone and asked to go for an interview the week after. The manager on the phone explained that is was to be a Group interview. There were 2 interviewers who were very pleasant and helpful.
The interview was conducted with all the questions you would expect i.e. regarding customer service etc.

Question 1
What customer service related experience have you had?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Newport, Newport, Wales) in Nov 2014
Interview
Prior to the one on one interview, a group task was set in which we were required to build a tower using paper, masking tape and pens that should stand for 60 seconds. People with clipboards watched and made notes while we worked. I am not sure what they were writing, but I must have impressed them, as I was told that I had the job before my one on one interview began.

Question 1
There where no questions that I was expecting and had prepared for. It was more of an informal chat.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Cheshunt, England)
Interview
Applied through recruitment agency. Phone screen with general resume based questions and some statistics questions. Then two interviews on-site, supposed to have 3, but I did not have the behavioural questions. Very nice atmosphere, a lot of questions on statistics, simple math, and an interesting case study to discuss. One needs to be familiar with basic data science ideas - machine learning algorithms for supervised and unsupervised learning, time series analysis.
