Tesco Retail Assistant interview questions

Online application and in-person interview, manager was very pleasant. More like a conversation asking why I wanted the job and would fit in there. Put emphasis on customer service and fitting in with the rest of the team.

Applied online using the Tesco jobs site. Called me to tell me I was invited to a group interview. When I arrived, it was a friendly environment with a group of other people. The group was split into two so one half would work 30 minutes on the shop floor and the other half could be interviewed. Working on the shop floor was a nice insight into the sort of work you would be doing and the one-on-one interview was relaxed and friendly.
