Very simple process. Simply apply online, fill in an application and submit. Telephone interview consisted of generic competency based questions. Overall, an efficient way to recruit, the website interface is friendly.
Very easy. Took only about 30 minutes. It was one to one interview with very representative questions about customer service.Told the same day I get a call back about the job but didn’t hear for about 10 days.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tesco (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2015
Interview
I interviewed at the Bay Plaza Mall location . I was called the day before the face to face interview . As excited as I was I thought everything was very last minute . I did a phone interview and I was asked to come in the following day for a face to face interview . I was pretty much asked the same questions on the phone that I got asked during the interview in person. Tell me about yourself , availability, hobbies, and a question about seeing a co worker do something wrong how would I handle it and give an example of a time I experienced it and how did I handle it . I think the interview was ok . I felt like I stumbled on the where do you see yourself . When asked if I had any question I wanted to know if they were flexible as far as shifts . The interviewer let me know that they were hiring for there peak season and that availability effects your chance of getting hired . I also asked what would be the next step in the process and the interviewer told me I would get a email or a phone call letting me know if I would be doing a second interview . A hour after the interview I got a email stating that I didn’t get.
