Tesco Sales Associate interview questions

Group interview. Introduce yourself, then design a product, then 30 mins on shop floor unsupervised and without sufficient instruction. I ended up having to help less experienced applicants who had no idea what to do. Really poor. Really disorganised.

My interview took place on a Saturday morning. I had a one-to-one conversation with the manager. He later asked me what I was bringing to the organisation. After the interview, I was told to be expecting a call.
