Easy straightforward and painless. Technical questions were asked but many more competency based questions due to the nature of the role that involves a lot of customer interaction. Overall I found the experience very straightforward and smooth.

Manager I think was very friendly they asked me the usual questions about where I’d worked before and what I did in those roles and how I could relate it to the job I’d applied for. She also asked me some questions on how I’d deal with customers in different situations
