Very quick, easy, simple, calm environment.
Just one on one with a manager, very happy and not too serious.
Good location, very quite and not formal at all, in store and filled out a sheet as well.

Interview
Online questionnaire, followed by a group interview. Group interview with 6 others and asked various questions about store, customer service etc. given enough time for everyone to respond. Try and speak up in first few people to show initiative. Then a relaxed conversation with 1 manager in another room asking about availability and holidays. Finally, one question with the personnel manager in another room. Then took 3 weeks to give an offer to attend the induction.

Interview
I applied online, it was a lengthy application with the optional upload of a CV. i got a call from the manager roughly 2-3 days after the deadline had passed who explained to me that my application was successful and that I was invited to a group interview. I got the details (time, date, location etc).

Question 1
Group interview:
- Groups of 3-4
- Tasked to design a product with team mates
- I guess they were testing our communication skills, how we interact with colleagues/people, if we let everyone talk rather than dominate etc (basically, be you, be social, friendly etc)
Followed by a 1-1 interview (3D-CV)
- Your CV in a short 3-4 min presentation
- Talk about you, your past roles, your interests, your skills, why you applied to the job
- Got asked a few questions about situations in workplace (basic competency, what would you do if XYZ happened in this store etc etc)
- Bring props for the CV presentation
