In person team interview: Everybody was super friendly and nice. They asked mostly behavior questions and not very technical things. They definitely made me want to work at Tesla. Recruiter: My recruiter was an absolute nightmare. He was rude and very unhelpful. Ironically, the recruiter did not represent any of the values and culture the team talked about about SOOO MUCH and stressed most of the time. Quite frankly, he was very disrespectful.
