First a recruiter reached ou by email to schedule a call. They send you a link where you can schedule the call. After the call went successfully, the recruiter will scheduled a software challange. For the challange I had 3 hours. Programming Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Python, C++, Java, etc.. However, at the end the programming was requiered in TIA portal.

Had three job interviews by phone, all were held in english. After that I was asked to complete a 4 hours take home coding challenge. We agreed on a specific day and time and the challenge was sent to me by email. The challenge included programming in PLC and additional program languages like Python, Ladder, C++ or Java. In my opinion the challange was made for specialized PLC programmers and not for Manager of an engineering department.
